Leading Parent Partnership Award – LPPA
Aston Tower Primary School achieved the Leading Parent Partnership Award (LPPA) in 2021. The good practice that we put in place for the Award, continued to be prioritised in the school and form part of every day expected standards for our school.
I am delighted to share that our school has achieved the re-accreditation of the Leading Parent Partnership Award (LPPA). This is a nationally recognised award, which recognises the school’s work supporting families and other stakeholders.

Comments from the Award Verifier:
“The tour of the school provided an insight into the love, care and pride that the school takes in its approach to the whole-school environment.”
“Leaders have clearly worked hard to ensure that staff are on board to a pervasive culture of effective parental partnership.”
“A prominent British Values display celebrates community values through the lens of local cultural heritages. This adds to the inclusive and aspirational feel of the school environment.”
“The Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher showed high levels of contextual knowledge throughout the day. Their deep understanding and sincere respect of the plurality of faith, cultural heritage and socio-economic backgrounds were evident.”
“Pupils shared how proud they are of their extra-curricular offer, and they engagement of exciting subjects.”
“Breakfast club is a supportive and inclusive space.”
“Increased academic outcomes: Aston Tower pupils continue to perform very well, with parents stating how proud they are of the offer their children receive.”
“Parents are positive about their child’s experiences in school, and this positivity supports children to be more adaptable and resilient.”
